The Oppo F21 series will be unveiled next week, and a teaser campaign has already begun. Oppo has confirmed a few cameras feature for the F21 Pro in a press release, following the announcement of the April 12 launch date.
The F21 Pro, according to Oppo, will be the first smartphone in its price range to include a custom Oppo-exclusive 32MP Sony IMX709 selfie camera sensor. This sensor can capture 60% more light than the previous-generation IMX615 sensor. It also has a 35 percent better noise reduction, which makes it ideal for low-light situations.
In addition, both the main camera and the selfie camera will have an advanced AI Portrait Enhancement feature. This will improve the cameras’ ability to recognize subjects of various ethnicities, genders, and ages in order to provide personalized beauty modes.
A 2MP zoom camera with up to 15x/30x magnification will also be included.
Oppo also used the occasion to discuss their new TWS earphones. The Enco Air2 Pro, which features Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and 12.4mm diaphragm drivers, will be released on April 12 with the F21 series. These buds will be comparable to the Enco Air 2 in terms of design, with a clear bubble design.
