On Tuesday, gold prices in Pakistan reached their lowest point in a month, settling at around Rs2 lakh on the local market.
According to information provided by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs1,400 per tola to Rs201,100.
Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold decreased significantly by Rs1,190 and is now valued at Rs172,410.
It is important to note that while gold prices increased last week, they have decreased in recent days.
Tuesday saw a $0.70 decline in the price of gold on the international market, to $1,825 an ounce.
However, silver rates in Pakistan remained unchanged, with the price per tola remaining at Rs2,300.
