The results of the 9th class were announced by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore earlier today.
While 99.35% of Students passed the examinations, a record 700 students received 505 out of 505 in this year’s 9th-grade exams.
A representative for the BISE Lahore told the media that 257,397 pupils took the 9th class examinations this year, with 255,729 passing.
He stated that pupils who failed did not present in this year’s tests, but that they can reappear in a special exam on December 11th.
The results of the 9th class may be found on the BISE Lahore website, according to the spokeswoman. Students can also receive their results by sending an SMS to 80029 from their mobile phones.
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, this year’s matriculation tests only included choice topics. In addition to the 5% bonus, the marks earned in choice subjects were distributed proportionally in compulsory subjects.
Last month, the BISE Lahore issued the 10th class results. In this year’s tests, a total of 707 students got a perfect score of 1100 out of 1100. This year’s 10th class exams attracted 292,836 candidates, with 288,617 students passing, resulting in a pass rate of 98.53 percent.
