Sign in with your UAEPASS or create a new account.
Choose āCreate New Medical Complaintā from the drop-down menu.

The MOHAP will appoint a technical committee to investigate the case and report its findings to the Medical Licensing Committee for a final judgement once the electronic complaint has been submitted.
After a reasonable conclusion has been reached, the complainant will be advised of their choices for remedy, which include reconciliation or justice.
