A$AP Rocky During the afternoon of Wednesday, Rocky was seen exiting the LAPD’s headquarters after his arrest in connection with a shooting in 2021.
According to reports, A$AP Rocky was freed from prison after paying a $550,000 bail bond.
Assault with a dangerous weapon was said to have occurred in November 2021, however, the artist was freed from prison three hours after his detention at LAX airport.
A$AP Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, has been scheduled to appear in court on August 17 for additional inquiry, according to court documents.
The 33-year-old Praise the Lord artist and his pregnant girlfriend Rihanna just returned from a holiday in Barbados.
At 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday, he was detained upon his return to Los Angeles International Airport. To secure his release, Rocky had to pay the bail fee of $555,000.00. He was escorted out of the LAPD headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles by a large contingent of police officers and attorneys.
