The recovery rate is increasing in Pakistan giving a positive vibe to the country’s situation. As the coronavirus curve is flattening in Pakistan reaching more than 81% recoveries of Covid-19 patients. The recovery case in Sindh is recorded is 86% with also has the highest number of coronavirus patients.
According to the latest updates in data on the pandemic issued by National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on July 24 says that 270,400 people got infected by a deadly virus so far in the country and 219,783 of them have already recovered.

The NCOC statement claims the active coronavirus cases in Pakistan are 44,854. Out of which only 1,209 cases were reported on Thursday. 734 hospitals are dealing with Covid-19 patients with adequate facilities and 2,241 patients admitted across the country.
āMore than one lac patients have already recovered from COVID19 in Sindh. This makes 86% of the total recovered patients from COVID-19 in the province,ā stated by Murtaza Wahab, Sindh chief ministerās adviser on law and information.

On Thursday, a total of 22,006 coronavirus tests were conducted across the country.
- 9,804 tests were conducted in Sindh;
- 7,386 in Punjab;
- 1,977 in Khyber Pakhtun ;
- 2,351 in Islamabad;
- 76 in Balochistan;
- 71 in the Gilgit Baltistan and
- 341 in the AJK.
On Thursday, 54 people lost their lives due to Covid-19, out of which 49 deaths have been reported in hospitals. So far 5,763 people have died of the coronavirus all over Pakistan. Some 2,096 deaths recorded in Sindh, 2,105 in Punjab, 1,169 in Khyber Pakhtunkwa (K-P), 136 in Balochistan, 162 in Islamabad, 46 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 49 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
The NCOC arranges daily meeting on the uodate of the coronavirus cases in the country and devises decisions of the National Coordination Committee (NCC) on coronavirus.
