The government declared on Sunday that there would be a holidays for Eid-ul-Azha that lasts for five days.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has granted permission for Eid-ul-Azha Holidays to be observed from the 8th to the 12th of July 2022, according to a notice that was issued by the office of the Prime Minister (Friday to Tuesday).
It is important to note that the Cabinet Division’s summary for public holidays for Eid-ul-Azha requested a three-day vacation for Eid-ul-Azha (from the 10th to the 12th of July). This holiday would fall between the dates of July 10th and July 12th.
Nevertheless, The prime minister consented to the establishment of two more vacations.
