Prince Harry made a big slip of the tongue, proving that his bride Meghan Markle may have lied about being refused counseling by the royal family for her mental health issues.
On Sky News Australia, anchor Andrew Bolt said that Prince Harry’s’slip of the tongue last year demonstrated that Meghan was not prevented from obtaining mental health treatment while working as a member of the royal family, as she alleged in her explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Bolt referenced Harry’s comments on Dax Shepard’s podcast last year, in which he said Meghan urged him to get professional care while he was having mental health issues.
Meghan had told Oprah only months before that podcast that she had been informed by the royal family that she couldn’t seek counseling.
“Didn’t she state in her famous interview with Oprah Winfrey that when she wanted to consult a therapist herself, Buckingham Palace denied her permission?” Bolt said, pointing out the contradiction.
“How come Royal Harry, the real prince, can go to therapy but his wife can’t?” That is an excellent observation since there is a significant mismatch between the two tales. Harry made a serious slip of the tongue.”
“The entire huge point they made in the interview was that the Palace would not allow Meghan to undergo any treatment because it would look horrible,” he said. I’m sorry, but why would Prince Harry be permitted to go to therapy if this is true?”
