The new laptop has emerged on the testing tool Geekbench, confirming that it will be equipped with an NVIDIA RTX 2050 graphics chip, ahead of its official introduction in China today.
The Redmi Book Pro 15 2022 laptop’s Geekbench listing also suggests that it will be powered by an Intel Core i7-12650H CPU and 16GB of RAM.
Specification
The NVIDIA RTX 2050 has a 2048 CUDA core, 4GB of 64-bit GDDR6 memory, and 45W of power consumption. The RTX 2050 graphics card apparently outperformed the GTX 1650 mobile graphics card by 23% in 3DMark Fire Strike.
Two variants of the Redmi Book Pro 15 2022 will be available: one with an Intel Core i5-12450H CPU and another with an Intel Core i7-12650H processor. They’ll have a 3.2K display with a 90Hz refresh rate, which means they’ll have plenty of brightness and color fidelity.
Along with the 15-inch display variant, the Redmi Book Pro 2022 is likely to be released in a 14-inch model with identical internals but either an NVIDIA MX 550 or MX 570 graphics card.
