The Vivo T2 5G is gearing up for its launch in India on April 11, and the brand is teasing the phone’s design on Flipkart. Ahead of its official unveiling, the device has surfaced on the Geekbench benchmarking site. The listing indicates that the Vivo T2 5G will be equipped with a Snapdragon 695 SoC and 6GB of RAM, and will run on the latest Android 13 operating system. The phone’s features include a 64-megapixel dual rear camera and a full HD+ AMOLED display boasting 1300 nits of peak brightness.
The Geekbench listing, dated April 6, shows a Vivo smartphone with model number V2240, believed to be the Vivo T2 5G. The phone scored 678 points in single-core testing and 1,933 points in multi-core testing. It is shown to have 5.33GB of RAM, which likely translates to 6GB on paper. The listing also reveals that the device will be powered by an octa-core “Holi” chipset, with two CPU cores clocked at a maximum speed of 2.21GHz and six cores capped at 1.80 GHz.
The Vivo T2 5G is set to launch in India on April 11, alongside the Vivo T2X 5G. Both devices will feature full-HD+ AMOLED displays with 1,300 nits of peak brightness and a 360Hz touch sampling rate, as well as a dual rear camera unit comprising a 64-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel bokeh sensor. The phones will be available for purchase through Flipkart, the official Vivo website, and select retail stores across India. The expected price for both devices is under Rs. 20,000.
