With the release of Unicode 14 in Android 12L and iOS 15.4, the WhatsApp beta for Android will get a total of 37 new emojis. The new responses would enable users to communicate more effectively and interact with their peers while chatting.
The emojis were originally featured in iOS 15.4 and have now been exposed in the WhatsApp beta for the Android 2.22.8.8 upgrade, according to popular source WABetaInfo.
The current version includes the Unicode 14 emojis, such as the melting face and dotted face. The majority come in a variety of skin tones and gender possibilities. Additionally, the current edition includes several modernized versions of classic emojis.
However, the current release is a slight upgrade in comparison to earlier versions, with version 13 adding 55 emojis and version 12 adding 61.
The emojis are now accessible to all Android beta testers who install the newest version. While the receiver must be using the same version of WhatsApp in order to see the most recent emoticons.
