Approximately 300,000 students in Punjab can now feel relieved as the results of their 10th-grade annual exams will be announced on July 31st by all Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISEs).
The Punjab Boards Committee of Chairpersons (PBCC) confirmed the announcement dates for the results of both class 9 and class 10 earlier this month.
After the 10th-grade exams concluded in the province between April 1st and April 17th, students have been eagerly anticipating the results of their hard work and dedication. Now, the time has come for them to find out how they fared in the examinations.
The results of the 9th-grade exams, which were conducted from April 18th to May 19th, will be announced later than the usual schedule. Students eagerly anticipating their results will have to wait until August 22nd to learn about their performance.
During the wait for the results, schools in the province are currently on their summer break. The School Education Department (SED) declared the summer holidays, which began on 6th June and will finish on 20th August.
The start of the upcoming academic session is scheduled for August 21st, and students will head back to their classrooms when the school reopens.
