PSL 7: All teams have reinforced their squads for the seventh season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) in 2022 by bringing in extra players and partial replacements.
The tournament is set to begin on January 27th at Karachi’s National Stadium. The final will take place on February 27th at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium.
Islamabad United is chosen.
Musa Khan and Zahir Khan will compete in the supplemental round (Silver).
Mohammad Huraira (Emerging) replaces Zeesham Zameer in the replacement round.
The Karachi Kings
In the additional round, Sahibzada Farhan and Jordan Thompson competed (both Silver).
Mohammad Taha Khan (Emerging) replaces Qasim Akram in the replacement round. Tom Abell has been designated as the team’s first-round selection.
Lahore Qalandars
Mohammad Imran Randhawa and Akif Javed competed in the supplemental round (both Silver).
Ben Dunk (Gold) replaces Phil Salt in the replacement round.
Multan Sultans
David Willey (Diamond) and Rizwan Hussain competed in the supplemental round (Silver).
Johnson Charles for Johnson Charles and Dominic Drakes (both Silver) for Rovman Powell in the replacement round
Peshawar Zalmi
Mohammad Umer competed in the extra round (Emerging). They have reserved their replacement choice.
Quetta Gladiators
Ghulam Mudassar in the supplemental round (Emerging).
In the replacement round, Luke Wood replaces Naveen-ul-Haq, Will Smeed replaces James Vince, and Ali Imran (all Silver) replaces Noor Ahmad, and Shimron Hetmyer (Diamond) replaces Jason Roy.
