Wahab Riaz, a veteran Pakistan bowler, has expressed his satisfaction with Peshawar Zalmi’s selection for the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season seven.
The main event will go off on January 27 in Karachi, with the reigning champions Multan Sultans taking against the local team Karachi Kings.
The 35-year-old also stated why foreign players from the previous season were retained.
The Zalmi skipper said Cricket Pakistan, “We have Liam Livingstone among our ranks.” “Saqib Mehmood, who had a big influence during the Karachi leg of the PSL, Sherfane Rutherford, Hazratullah Zazai, and Tom Kohler-Cadmore were all excellent.”
These retentions, according to the pacer, encompass all locations.

The Lahore-born fast-bowler also praised Shoaib Malik’s contribution, stating that he assists him with on-field expertise.
“Malik is a huge help to me; last year I was having some difficulties, but he gave me some advice on how to handle certain circumstances,” he stated. “It’s great to have him, and given his recent performance, having a player like him also boosts the spirit of the guys.”
