Today marks the official debut of the Honor X40 GT in China. It is the newest addition to the X40 series, after the conventional version, which launched last month. The most recent release includes improvements over the standard model.

The Honor X40 GT is equipped with a 6.81-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2,388 x 1,080 pixels.
Camera
There is a punch-hole camera in the center and a 144Hz refresh rate. The gadget has a side-mounted fingerprint reader incorporated into the power button.
The Honor X40 GT has a circular camera module with three sensors and an X-shaped LED flash. The camera configuration on the smartphone has a 50MP primary sensor, a 2MP depth of field lens, and a 2MP macro device. There is a front-facing 16MP selfie camera.
Storage
The Honor X40 GT is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 CPU. It has up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage space. There is virtual RAM capability for 7GB. A VC liquid cooling system for heat dissipation is also included in the smartphone.
Battery
The smartphone is powered by a 4,800mAh battery that supports 66W rapid charging. The Honor X40 GT is powered by MagicUI 6.1, which is based on Android 12.
The Honor X40 GT has 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, a USB-C connector, and a 3.5mm headphone jack for connectivity.
Colors
The smartphone is available in three colors: Racing Black, Midnight Night Black, and Titanium Empty Silver.
