Stacey Cummings, a TRAGIC bodybuilder, wrote a haunting last post only hours before her death, claiming she was reminding herself “what I’m capable of.”
He died on April 20, according to Generation Iron. For now, we don’t know what caused her death.

After starting to compete in 2013 and obtaining her IFBB pro card in 2016, Florida native Cummings has been featured in Generation Iron.
During the IFBB Texas Pro in 2021, she competed in the bikini divisions.

As news of Cummings’ passing spread, the number of memorials increased dramatically.
Kelly Lynn, a friend, and another IFBB pro, said online, “What a wonderful lady.” My mind is blown by what I’m hearing at the moment. When she got a professional in 2020, I was at Nationals, and we performed three times together. It’s a weird scenario, to say the least. Only 31 years have elapsed since the beginning of this century.
Betty Pariso, an IFBB pro bodybuilder, and her husband Ed expressed their grief at Stacey Cummings’ passing, saying: “We are saddened to learn of her passing. Inside and exterior, she was a lovely young lady who commanded respect.
“Ed and I had the pleasure of working with her on a number of occasions at our seminars.”
The first to offer aid, she was a dependable friend. In her disappearance, every one of us will feel the void she leaves behind. “Our thoughts and prayers are with her and her whole family.”
Cummings also co-owned Flex Fitness 24/7 in McKinney, Texas.
Only a few days before, Arnold Classic winner Cedric McMillan went tragically from complications related to his illness.
The Generation Iron website claims that McMillan suffered a heart attack while exercising.
The health issues that had kept him from competing had delayed his return, but he was optimistic that he would be able to do so in the near future.
It is widely believed that McMillan’s victory at the 2017 Arnold Classic was instrumental in establishing the “classic” look in Men’s Open bodybuilding.
