If you’re in Karachi or going to come this weekend, you should be aware of the weather forecast. The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has released its most recent prediction, and we’re here to explain it in layman’s words.
Hot and humid Weekend Ahead
Prepare for a hot and humid weekend in Karachi and much of Sindh. The weather is forecast to be mostly hot and humid on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday, according to PMD specialists.
According to meteorological experts, a kind of air known as “continental air” is now covering the majority of Pakistan. This air carries heat and humidity with it, which is why we’re seeing such scorching temperatures.
Temperature Scale
The highest temperature in Karachi is expected to be between 34-36 degrees Celsius on Saturday and 35-37 degrees Celsius on Sunday. As a result, it will be rather heated!
It will be considerably hotter in Hyderabad. On both Saturday and Sunday, the maximum temperature is predicted to be in the 41-43 degree Celsius range. So, if you’re in Hyderabad, remain hydrated and find methods to stay cool.
Current Weather
Most sections of Sindh have already felt the heat in the previous 24 hours. The maximum temperature was recorded at Mithi, Sindh, at 43 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature in Karachi is 35 degrees Celsius.
Humidity Warning
Humidity is also an important aspect to consider. Karachi’s relative humidity was 78 percent in the morning. In Hyderabad, the figure was 71%. High humidity may make the heat seem much more oppressive, thus care must be taken.
